The InfoClean Toolbar gives you access to important and useful functions.

• File Menu
• Copy
• Help

 

 

 

1.  File Menu: Use the File Menu to Print your staffing plan.  When you select print, the screen that you are viewing will be printed.  This gives you the ability to print the Main Screen, Charts, Production Rate Changes, or Added Tasks.  You can also Preview before you print.  Choosing Exit closes the application.

 

 

2.  Copy Menu:  The copy menu enables you to copy the screen that you are viewing and paste it into another application.  For example, you may want to include your calculations in a report or presentation.  All you need to do is:

1. Copy the screen to the Clipboard.
2. Open the application that you would like to use to present the data.
3. Use the application's Paste command to paste the screen shot from the Clipboard into the application.

 

 

3.  Help Menu:  InfoClean includes a Help Menu.  It includes a compete Table of Contents, a key word Search capability, and an Index. About InfoClean includes information about system resources, the version that you are using, and a contact list.
