InfoClean is easy to use.  Just follow the numbered steps on the Main Screen.

 

 

1. Wage Information

Enter the wages for the workers who will perform the daily cleaning tasks and the project personnel wages.  You should also enter a benefit percentage.  This figure typically includes taxes, insurance, and other benefits.

 

2. Project Work and 3. Daily Tasks

Use the boxes to enter the cleanable sq.ft. for each task (or the number of fixtures for the restroom).  Use the sliders to set the service days and number of cleanings.  You can switch between dollars and hours by using the check box at the bottom of the section.  If you need to add tasks that are not on the Main Screen, you can easily add them by clicking the Add More Tasks button.

 

4. Labor Cost Summary

Review the labor cost summary.  This is the cost to provide the labor to complete the tasks that you have entered.  You can also view summary charts.

 

5. Saving Your Work

Save your work by clicking the Scenario button.  You will also use this button to go back to a previously saved workload.

 

Changing Production Rates

You can quickly and easily modify production rates.  Clicking the "Check to Adjust Production Rates" box brings up a screen that allows you to modify production rates to reflect your operation's efficiencies.
