Viewing summary chart.

The graphing feature is a powerful way to visualize your data.

 

1.  To see the summary charts, choose "Click Here to Select a Chart."

 

 

2.  When you choose "Click Here to Select a Chart," you will see a list of the charts.

 

3.  Select the chart that you would like to view by clicking on it.

 

 

4.  Moving your mouse over a slice of the chart will activate a pop-up box showing the value and the percentage that it represents.

 

 

5.  After reviewing a chart, clear it by selecting "No Chart-Clear Charts."
